Navigate to the employee's Calendar.
Select the required date of the absence.
Select 'Reason' and choose the required Absence Reason that you use for recording sickness.
Leave all other default settings alone. These should have been set up by your Focus Administrator.
Add a comment, if required, for reference.
Save.
NB: If you want to select several continuous days of absence, simply left-click and hold on the first day of absence and move the cursor to highlight the required period. Make sure that 'Select Schedule Days Only' is ticked in the Options menu. Otherwise, you may end up allocating Sick Days on days where your employee isn't / wasn't scheduled to work.
