During an employee's working time, there are any number of ways they show up within Focus. They could have schedules expecting them to work, they could be members of various groups relying on their availability, their costs could be included in reports - the list is exhaustive.
That's why it's important for Focus to know their Left Date - the first day they are no longer employed, and therefore the date they should no longer show up in all of those places.
Their Left Date should not be confused with their last working day.
* Remember, the Left Date should be the first day that the individual is no longer employed, not their last working day.
